Tax Partner
Brian co-founded the firm in 1988 and manages the firms tax practice. Brian is a graduate of Siena College. He has 35 years of tax experience specializing in estate planning, tax planning, business start-up and planning, and representation of clients for Federal or State tax audits. Brian is currently on the St. Clements Church Finance Committee and previously served as a trustee for the Saratoga Care Foundation and the Saratoga Lion's Club Foundation.

Audit Partner
Jillian joined the firm in 2003.She is a graduate of Siena College and has 14 years of public accounting experience. Jillian specializes in auditing, compilations, reviews, tax planning, small business and non-profit consulting. She is currently serving on the Old Saratoga Athletics Association Board.

Retired
Walt co-founded the firm in 1988 and is now enjoying retirement and spending time with his family and grandchildren after 40 years of service in the public accounting profession.

Tax Manager
Richard joined the firm in 1996 and oversees firm tax and audit compliance. Richard is a graduate of the State University of Binghamton. He has 29 years of accounting experience and specializes in tax planning and consulting, tax research, small business consulting and computer consulting including Quickbooks.

Senior Tax Accountant
Laura joined the firm in 1998. She is a graduate of Siena College. Laura is responsible for the preparation of large corporate tax and accounting engagements. Laura is currently serving on the Old Saratoga Athletics Association Board.

Accountant
Sharon joined the firm is 2008. She graduated from Empire State College. Sharon currently prepares payrolls, payroll reports and sales tax reports. She is also responsible for preparing trust and personal tax returns and doing bookkeeping for various clients.

Accountant
Jamie joined the firm in 2018. He is a graduate of Siena College. Jamie is responsible for the preparation of corporate and personal income tax returns and also works on audits.
